Robert's Broken Arm

Just another joy of having 4 boys, I supposed. Either way, it sucks! And is expensive!!! Robert was playing game cube and broke his radius, near his "elbow".... WE go back in week, to see what we do further. The guy didn't explain anything to me in detail. I will ask him more in a week. To be honest, my day was so shitty yesterday, I don't think I would have took anything in if he did explain :)

We would go back in a week, which will put us at Friday, the 19th...the day we are supposed to leave for Ohio, to drop the kids off, pick up my sister and cousin, sign our lease, give her all our money, get our keys, come back to PA to clean, and get the truck to move :::deep breath:::

That's all, ya know? LOL Not too much, right? I will survive, I'm strong, I thrive on stress, and it will keep me busy....

We are having Robert's cake tomorrow, I will take tons of pics :) I'm making sloppy Joes and our one friend is supposed to come over, who is breaking up with his wife. So I'm sure I will have to listen to him boo hoo about it all afternoon ::sigh:: Oh well, I'm a good friend and that's what we do :)

Not too much else going on. Just waiting for Monday, so I can call the Ortho and explain my situation and BEG to be seen Thursday or Friday :) BEG ON MY HANDS AND KNEES!!!!! :) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!! Wish me luck!!!

So...I'm still here

I thought the cable and phone being cut would mean that my Internet being off was imminent. Well, I guess I was kinda wrong...lol
So I'm still here, still able to blog, and still able to chat with friends :)

13 days and counting until the moving weekend/event happens!
How EXCITING! I can't hardly wait! I still have to pack things like curtains, dishes, sheets, and the computer(booooo). But that stuff can wait until the last week :D The boys are getting excited. I feel bad for them though. They will just be getting settled in to their school and I will then snatch them out and take them to a new school. I hope they adjust fine.

Today is my sister in law's birthday. Already wished her a happy birthday. I couldn't forget like they did :::sigh:::

Monday my brother goes before the parole board. I'm so nervous.
I'm nervous for him.
I'm nervous for my mother.
I'm scared about how things will be when he comes home, how will he adjust?
So many things to think about, I missed out on 15 years of my brothers life, because he decided it was a good idea to have sex with his girlfriend. Hmmmmm, not sure what else to say about it all.... I think a lot of things I would like to say wouldn't be appropriate...lol So we will keep it Light and Fun!!! :)

Tropical Storm Hanna is going to hit us today. Lots of wind and rain. I hope we get some rain, we need it BAD! Tomorrow is supposed to be warm and sunny! What happened to Fall? I mean, I know technically it isn't fall yet, but I remember it getting cooler a lot sooner than this in the past :( ANOTHER reason why I miss Ohio!!!

My sister is moving in the same weekend we are moving in...I'm excited for her to have her own place. I look forward to being able to go over her house everyday if I want to!!!

Last Day

Until the 25th, that I will have internet at home. I'm kinda sad. They did the cable this morning, now the phone isn't working, and now im sure it is just a matter of time before the internet goes :)
So I will check in at the library :) On Wed.
Wahhhhh how will I survive? LOL I'll make it! Hopefully time flies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I ended up waking David up that night...

IT'S FINALLY SEPTEMBER!!!! WOOO HOOOO That means moving is just NOW 18ish days away!!! I'm STOKED!!! I am surrounded by boxes, and while that IS a good thing, it is getting OLD and I can't wait to unpack everything and decorate for Halloween!! I'm really excited to live close to my sister and neice too. That will be nice. I will have SOMEONE to shop with or chat with whenever the mood strikes me :)

Happy Labor Day too, by the way! We are likely to do NOTHING, since saving for moving leaves you completely BROKE and makes you unable to shop even the GREATEST sale! Hope everyone enjoys their unofficial end of summer. My stomach hurts me today, it will likely be a cereal all day kinda day for me. I had Applebees yesterday and don't think my stomach is used to that kinda food. I was so sick last night :( I love "pink bismuth" tablets :)

The boys are up, and eating Chocolate Chip Waffles and white milk per their request. I love Eggo, they make my life a lot easier. I'll take them to the park so they can play and so I can jog again. Jogging releases so much stress for me, it's beautiful and works better than any drug I have ever taken for anxiety. Maybe it's the fresh air?

I made cupcakes to have David's little party tonight, since it is JUST us and I kinda wanted cupcakes really bad....lol

David is asleep! Thomas is on his way to sleep...can ya believe it?

He was watching Robert play the gamecube, and ended up snuggling on my bed with his cup of milk and my favorite comforter...and I CAN'T EAT his cupcakes without HIM! LOL

So it's Saturday :)

I have a few things to do...
Have to go to the grocery, my boys eat so much it has become a 2-3 times a week event!!! It is rainy here today, dreary day, really looking like fall!!
I hope it doesn't rain on us as we go into walmart :D
I really miss my sister today. She would go to walmart with me, if we were in Ohio. When I move she will be 1609 and I will be 1648 as far as our address goes...so we will be CLOSE!!!
I get to see my Grace Face all the time :) I get to decorate for Fall/Halloween when we move. It is KILLING me that I can't do it yet!!!!

So it is official, my mother in law, sister in law, and mother forgot my sons birthday yesterday. Tom called his mom and sis and really layed into them. It's not fun at all to have someone forget about your birthday :( My mother has done it to me SEVERAL times...

Cupcakes tomorrow! Party for David, even if it IS just us...it will be fun. I will take a million pics and hopefully post them to the blog tomorrow :)

David is Three!

It sure is funny how fast time goes. I remember 3 years ago having David, just like it was yesterday. He was sooooo little! My smallest baby, coming in at 6lbs 13 ounces, a full 2 weeks sooner than his edd. My mom, sister, husband and sister in law were there allllll day with me :) Waiting....ohhhh the waiting...lol I was induced, I wish I would have known better and let him cook longer. Know better, do better though, right?
I remember watching the news all day, Hurricane Katrina was the BIG story. How awful that was. I remember crying my eyes out (probably had a little post partum depression), thinking about how awful it must have been for the people who lost their lives.
Kinda bittersweet....

David was always a pretty easy baby. His eyes were dark blue when he was born. They changed to dark green, and have now settled to a nice shade of brown. He's handsome. Looks a lot like Tom. He is shorter than most 3 year olds, and chubbier :) He is now 38 1/2 lbs, wears a size 5 in clothes(same as Robert I might add), and is full of piss and vinegar.
Oh how I love my babies. Especially on their birthdays.
